With an opening in early 2008, the SeaWorld Adventure Park Waterpark expansion is a true example of the best WTI engineering and design that provides technologically advanced filtration and re-circulation systems. The 59-acre waterpark expansion features the most thrilling water rides in the world with 36 water slides, two rivers and associated lagoons, and more than 80,000 square feet of beach area. In addition to the many pools, slides and interactive water play features, one of the unique items to the waterpark is the ride that takes guests through a rare dolphin exhibit via a transparent tube.
In 2009, WTI was hired again for the design and engineering of another exciting, high-capacity family ride. Named Omaka Rocka, which translates to “rocking river,” Aquatica’s newest adventure features two slides with three open funnels.
