Through the Facility Evaluation process, we can assist the client in making informed decisions regarding options for a facility. The first step in this process is to evaluate the existing facility’s strengths, weaknesses and options.

A Feasibility Study can assist the client in preparing for the development and capital investment requirements of a new project. Taking stock of existing facilities, demographics, needs assessments and other pertinent factors is all part of the basic feasibility equation. To a client not familiar with the process, a feasibility study can seem an overwhelming task.
